Whenever I eat a brownie from Cloud 9 Bakers (which is probably too often), I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven…or at least to Cloud 9. Lola, owner of Cloud 9 Bakers has created a line of gluten, wheat, dairy and soy free baked goods. Her products are organic and delectable.
Lola can be found at VR Green Farms most Saturdays between 10 am and 2 pm. She also sells yummy treats at Stella Lucy Gluten-Free Market on El Camino Real in San Clemente. Soon she will be opening a store in San Juan Capistrano.
Cloud 9 Bakers also makes truffles, caramels, petifores, cookies and muffins. Listen to Lola tell about her delicious treats.

I had the dark chocolate brownies, and I’m not into the whole “gluten-free, dairy-free” thing (not an issue for me). If you didn’t tell me that they were “___-free” I would never have known. To my taste buds, they’re just plain good.

These brownies are so amazingly good. Too good, really; It is challenging to eat just one. They are decadant and chocoaltey and very satisfying.
Definitely worth trying!

I agree, Christie. Did you know that Cloud 9 just opened a storefront in the Ortega Business Center in San Juan Capistrano? They serve amazing sandwiches.
